It is surely a good option for you if and and only if your website that you had made from googlesites is a hit and is getting a lot of users, ones you suscribe to adsense which it free of cost your site will be reviewed by the google people once your site has been reviewed and APPROVED!you will start getting ads on the side bar of your site, you will not get any money from adsense till the time people click on the ads on your site, one should also learn HTML it will give a lot of help in google sites html edit option and will let one modify your site! and will also let you create your own site, which is always a better option!
